Addicted, no not to drugs, SHOES!

So Ive moved on. Anti Nausea Medication no more. Ive always been a shoe person. Having a bad day? What shoe should I buy?Bored? What shoe will make my life not boring? Yeah, its a horrible addiction. Especially because I have enough shoes for an entire army. Its a problem I know. But the first step for a recovering addict is acknowlegding you have a problem. Now, Blog friend I dont really plan on trying to get rid of this problem. I like having it. But Im sitting here at my Dads office with a few minutes to spare and I went on to Bakers Shoes website. Bad idea Whitney, Bad idea. So incase you were wondering what I wanted for Christmas or my birthday(in January) or you just simply wanted to get them for me for my baby shower. Heres a few ideas. LOVE THEM!!! NEED THEM. This is not a want, a need!

Okay I dont know If Im cool enough to pull these(first below) ones off but I love them.

wow, this picture is super blurry. Anyways, I teach dance and these are some of my students from last year. They were honestly my favorite class ever!! The 2nd and 3rd girl I still teach and they are my 2 favorite students. Amy(2nd) comes to class every week and the first thing out of her mouth is " Hi Miss Whitney, your hair looks beautiful today, can I look in Mr. Pumpkin to see what kind of treats he brought today?" She cracks me up!!! She is probably one of the funniest kids ever. Elle(3rd) has the best dance moves ever! She comes in every week wanting me to see her new dance move. Its hysterical. I love teaching! Its the best job ever. I love spreading the things I love most. It is so fun to watch young kids learn.

I tag: Jami, Alissa, Niki T., Erin.

I cant Believe its taken me this long!

Like most of the world, I too Went and saw Highschool Musical 3. Let me tell you I was not disappointed AT ALL!!! In fact I loved it and I would go see it again. I have been telling Zach for the last month about how I bought us tickets to the first matinee on Friday. His reply, " I hope you can find a new husband for the day." WOW, thanks babe! Knowing this would be his response I had planned on taking my sister anyway. I just like to tease him. So me being the most fantastic older sister EVER, I checked Kaytlyn out of Stapley Junior High at 9:30 and were off to the movies for the afternoon. As much I would like to say I went because my little sister wanted to go, I would be lying. I wanted to see it maybe even more than she did. These are some pictures of us on the way. We were excited, can you tell?

And of course, We were dieing to see this guy... Oh ZAc Efron(sigh)
I think I have a thing for Zachs...
I cant upload a video for some reason. So Im going to go try somewhere else. So be looking.

Look whos getting younger today!!!!

( I love this picture cause it shows him in his cute hat!!!)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD VANCE!!!! I felt like I needed to post about this wonderful man today. I wont mention how old he is but Im guessing its around 30. I am so thanful for Dad Vance. I love hanging out with him on Sundays while we play an assortment of games. He has taught me so many things in the past years of knowing him. I never knew how many different dinner "surprises" there were and I never knew how many different things cashews can be put on(oh dont think that can be put on everything, cause they can). Although I have never been brave enough to try. Sometimes I feel like I live with Dad Vance. Zach is SOOO much like his dad and thats just fine with me. So Dad Vance, one year younger and wiser too, happy birthday to you!!!

Ticket # 2

Seriously? I think Motorcycles Cops are following me around. This is now my 2nd speeding ticket since April. My friend Bethany got to experience this pull over experience with me. We were driving North on Extension and I was trying to hurry so I could get to my parents house, eat really fast, and run back to school. These days eating has become a priority. BUT NO! Mr. Motorcycle Cop hiding behind the bushes in a LDS church parking lot jumped out and pulled me over. That sneaky little devil. I was furious. I cant go to traffic school because need I remind you I just did that in April. It gets better, My sweet husband, who claims he put the new insurance card in my car, did not. Its okay. We are insured. I just have to send in proof. Why no warning Mr. Motorcycle Cop? He had no problem writing up that ticket for me. I think I even caught him smiling about it. He must be behind on his quota for the month and OF COURSE he pulls me over.I have the worst luck.Ed( my traffic school teacher) would be so disappointed.

ANXIETY!!!

So I was laying on the couch last night, and all of a sudden it hit me, Like a ton of bricks. Im going to have a baby.Im going to have to care for my very own human being. WHAT THE? I have realized this before. This is not new news to me. I got so nervous and scared and started to almost have a panic attack. I began thinking about how my life will be in 6 months. I will be in labor and then I will go through delivery(well if my hips move the way they are supposed to and my baby doesnt have a big Vance head, I truly hope it doesnt have a big Vance head) and then I will be a mom, to an actual human being. Thats when the sweating started, I have no idea what Im doing. Babies scare me. Give me a toddler, I know what Im doing there. As I started to panic even more, this thought came to mind... I have a mom, a mother in law, a grandma, aunts, sister in laws, cousins, and friends, who have all had babies and all of those children have all their limbs, they are not neglected, they are all being fed, and they are still living. This gave me such comfort. They will never leave me in the dark. They will help me learn what Im supposed to do. My mom mentioned to me the other day when she asked how I was doing, that the first time is always the scariest. Its the fear of the unknown. I have no idea how my body is going to react, I have no idea how easy or hard my labor and delivery will be( I am so counting on the labor part to be some what easy due to the beautiful epideral). So, I just wanted to say, I Whitney, have absolutely no idea what I am doing and thats okay. I will learn. I have great people in my life who WILL help me, not matter what. I Also wanted to say, Thank you to those people. I know I will tell you "then" but I just thought I would say it now too.

Get in my Belly!!!

I didnt eat very good today. I dont mean bad food, I mean like didnt eat enough. As I was sitting in my Night Lecture Building Systems class( I know, please feel bad for me) I was paying for it a little. Not like "kill me now" Nausea, but discomfort. All I could think about was how much I really wanted KFC warm mashed potatoes and their to die for Biscuits, all warm and soft. I had to make a quick run to Kinko's to get some things ready for a project I have to turn in to tomorrow and on my way home, I glanced to my right and their shining in all its glory, KFC. Thank you. Thank you. It was dark, but to my delight the drive thru was open until 11( it was 10:15). I ordered my individual order of mashed potatoes and for only 99 cents you can ge 2 warm biscuits. Hooray! So I did it. I got home and the mashed potatoes were heavenly. The biscuits on the other hand STUNK! What? Soft and warm, I think NOT! I was offended that KFC would torment me with would you like our soft, warm biscuits for 99 cents and then give me rock hard, stale biscuits instead. I should have flashed them my belly and said " dont you dare mess with a starving, pregnant ladies food, buster." Did I mention the mashed potatoes were heavenly?
